Payment Policy

All service payments are required at the time of booking and are processed securely through the online booking system during time of check out.

Cash is not accepted for services.
Cash tips are always welcome and appreciated.

A valid card on file is required to reserve all appointments even when you have a gift card.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the session fee.

This policy allows us to protect our therapists’ time and remain available for clients on the wait-list.

Same-Day Illness or Emergency Courtesy

We understand that genuine illness and emergencies happen.

The cancellation fee will be waived one time as a courtesy if:

✔ You reschedule your appointment within 14 days

Repeated last-minute cancellations will result in prepayment being required for future bookings plus the 100% cancellation fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time to receive your full session, 5 to 10 minutes before your session.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged the full session fee in order to avoid disrupting the schedule for other clients.

If you arrive late but within the 15-minute window, your session will end at the originally scheduled time and the full session fee will still apply.

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the session fee.

No-shows will paid same day with the card on file.

Wait-List

If your preferred time is unavailable, we highly recommend joining the wait-list.

Wait-list notifications are sent automatically when an opening becomes available and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Booking Guidelines

Appointment times are limited and are often booked several weeks in advance.

Please book only the times you are confident you can keep.

Prepaid Appointments & Gift Cards

All prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred with advance notice if needed.

Respect for Therapist Time

Each session is intentionally scheduled to allow for proper care, sanitation, and preparation for the next client.

These policies ensure:
